Terms of service

These terms cover the WhatsApp services of Safana Studio, operated by FAIRUZZABADI (NIB 2809260053657). By messaging one of our services or asking us to set one up for you, you agree to these terms.

The services

  • Our services record the entries you send by WhatsApp in a Google Sheet you own, and answer your requests for recaps and searches.
  • Entries are read automatically from your messages and photos. Check them in your sheet, and fix any entry that was read wrongly.
  • The services keep records only. They do not give financial, tax or legal advice.

Your account

  • The person who sets up the service for a household or shop is its admin, and decides who is on its list of numbers.
  • You keep your own WhatsApp and Google accounts and follow their terms. The records in your sheet are yours.
  • Use the services only for your own records. Do not send illegal content or try to disrupt the services.

Plans and fees

The plan size and any fee are agreed with you when the service is set up. If a fee changes, we tell you before the change applies, and you can stop using the service instead.

Availability

We work to keep the services running, but they depend on WhatsApp, Google and other providers, and may be interrupted or changed. We may suspend a number that breaks these terms.

Ending the service

You can stop at any time by removing Safana Studio's access to your sheet, as described in the privacy policy. Your sheet and everything in it stays yours.

Liability

We provide the services "as is". To the extent the law allows, Safana Studio is not liable for losses caused by a missing or wrong entry, or by an interruption of the services.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
